Editorial policy

Our five editorial principles: traceable sources, physician review, recorded corrections, separation of ads and editing, and transparent production.

1. Information you can trace to its evidence

We check materials from public agencies, research institutions, academic societies, and original papers, and list sources readers can consult. We distinguish the research stage, the patients studied, what is known, and what is still unknown.

2. Review by physicians

Formal medical articles are reviewed by physicians in the relevant specialty. We disclose the scope, date, specialty, and affiliation of each review, and never label an unreviewed draft as reviewed.

3. Updates and corrections are recorded

Each article shows its update date and is rechecked when medical knowledge or regulations change. Important corrections record what changed, why, and when. Error reports are accepted through the contact page.

4. Advertising and editorial work are separated

Ads are always labelled as advertising or PR. Conflicts of interest between advertisers and reviewers or authors are disclosed, and advertising payments are managed separately from editorial decisions.

5. A transparent production process

AI may assist drafting, but editors verify every source before publication and expert review is sought when needed. Medical decisions are never based on AI output alone.
